When your customers ask ChatGPT for a plumber, does it say your name?

We get plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers and electricians named when customers ask ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini or Perplexity who to call.

Established 2022 · Working in English, Portuguese and Finnish

A customer asks

Who is the best plumber near me?

The AI answers

  1. 1. A competitor
  2. 2. Another competitor
  3. 3. Your business?

The problem

Customers have started asking AI who to call.

Most local businesses are not in the answer. That says nothing about the quality of the work. It means the AI engines cannot find enough about the business that they trust.

  • 45%

of US adults used AI to find a local business in the past year, up from 6% the year before.

  • 2.3×

The businesses AI names have roughly 2.3 times more Google reviews than the ones it ignores.

We do the work on your profiles, your website pages, your structured data and the lists the engines cite.

  4. Step 4: Keep you visible

    $750 a month

We track who gets named every week and keep your sources current.

The work

Real work, done by hand.

AI engines have no secret settings page. They read what is already published about your business and repeat the sources they trust. Our job is to make those sources complete, consistent and easy to quote.

We work in English, Portuguese and Finnish, and we build the source list for your country, because the sites AI engines read differ from one market to the next.

We never ask for your passwords.

We work through delegated access. You add us as a manager on your Google, Apple, Yelp and other accounts, and you can remove us at any time. You keep ownership of everything.

  • Claim, correct and complete your Google Business Profile: categories, services, service area, hours, photos and questions.
  • Set up or fix Apple Business Connect, so Siri and Apple Maps have the right details.
  • Clean up Yelp, Angi, BBB and the trade directories for your field, so your name, address, phone number and services match everywhere.
  • Rewrite your service and location pages in plain language the engines can quote directly.
  • Add structured data (schema markup) that tells machines what you do, where you do it, and for whom.
  • Get you onto the “best of” lists, local roundups and directories the engines cite.
  • Respond to your reviews and set up a simple routine for asking happy customers for one.
  • Ask the same customer questions every week and record who gets named.

FAQ

Questions owners ask us.

How is this different from SEO?

SEO tries to rank your website in a list of links. An AI engine gives one answer, usually with two or three names, and builds it from many sources at once: your profiles, reviews, directories, local lists and your website. We work on all of those sources, not just the website. Good SEO still helps, and nothing we do conflicts with it.

How long until AI names us?

The first changes usually show within a few weeks, mostly in engines that search the web live, such as Perplexity and Google AI Mode. Others can take two to three months because they refresh their sources less often. You see the weekly numbers the whole time, so you never have to take our word for it.

Do you need our passwords?

No. You add us as a manager on each account, such as Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect and Yelp. You keep ownership and can remove our access at any time. We never ask for or store passwords.

What do we have to do ourselves?

About an hour in the first week: add us as a manager on your accounts and answer a short questionnaire about your services, service area and licences. After that, keep doing good work and keep asking happy customers for reviews. We handle the rest.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Nobody can. The AI companies decide what their engines say, and anyone who promises a guaranteed AI ranking is lying to you. What we guarantee is the work: every item on the fix list done, and the weekly numbers in front of you so you can judge for yourself.

What if we have more than one location?

Each location has its own profiles and gets its own answers, so each one gets its own work. On the retainer, every additional location is $350 a month. For the Fix, we quote extra locations after the Audit, once we know how much clean-up each one needs.

Which AI engines do you cover?

Four: ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini and Perplexity. We track all four every week and report on each one separately.
